Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST are processed the next business day. We don't process or ship on weekends or US holidays.
Most items ship from our US warehouse and arrive in 2–5 business days after processing. Items marked "Ships from International Warehouse" on the product page take 5–10 business days. Total delivery time = processing time + transit time.
Free standard shipping on all orders of $100 or more. Orders under $100 have a flat $5 shipping fee at checkout. We currently ship within the United States only.
Returns
You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging. Beauty products, bodysuits, face masks, intimates/lingerie, jewelry, and swimwear are final sale.
We don't offer exchanges — return your item for a refund and place a new order for a different size or color.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility for standard returns. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with photos and we'll resolve it at no cost to you.
