Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Wylena, operated by Burmik LLC. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policies carefully before initiating a return.

1. Return Window and Exchanges

  • 7-Day Window: You have 7 days from the date your tracking shows as "delivered" to initiate a return request. For split package orders, the 7-day window starts from the delivery date of the final package.

  • Shipping Deadline: Once your return request is approved, the items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the submission.

  • No Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges of any kind. If you need a different size or item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following strict criteria:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.

  • The item must be returned with its original tags attached and in its original clear garment packaging with the SKU label.

  • Non-Returnable Items: The following categories are final sale and cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons: Beauty products, Bodysuits, Face masks, Intimates/Lingerie, Jewelry, and Swimwear.

3. Return Shipping Fees

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for all standard returns (e.g., changed mind, doesn't fit). Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Damaged or Wrong Item: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if it was a shipping error on our part, please contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue without additional cost to you.

4. Restocking Fees

  • We do not charge a restocking fee for items returned in perfect, approved condition.

  • Important: Orders returned without meeting the criteria mentioned above (e.g., missing clear packaging, missing SKU labels, or missing tags) are subject to a 20% restocking fee, or the entire return may be completely declined.

5. How to Initiate a Return Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to our corporate address (30 N Gould St #44057, Sheridan, WY 82801) without prior authorization. Returns sent without an approved request will not be processed.

  1. Email us at info@wylena.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. If approved, we will send you the proper return shipping address and instructions.

6. Refunds and Processing

  • Please allow 5 to 7 business days from the day the fulfillment center receives your returned package to process your return.

  • Once your return is processed and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be automatically credited back to your original form of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the funds to your account.
