1. Shipping Destinations We currently ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday - Friday) after receiving your order confirmation email. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or US public holidays.
3. Transit Time and Delivery Our transit times vary depending on the fulfillment center your items are dispatched from:

For items shipped from US Warehouses: Transit time is 2 to 5 business days (Monday - Friday).

For items shipped from Overseas Warehouses: Transit time is 5 to 10 business days (Monday - Friday). (Total Estimated Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Transit Time)
4. Shipping Rates We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.
5. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
6. Disclaimer: Delayed, Lost or Stolen Packages While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, or natural causes.
If your tracking information states that your package was "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number to resolve the issue. If your order has exceeded the maximum estimated delivery time and tracking is inactive, please contact us at info@wylena.com so we can assist you.
